Amin Miramago

Chief Executive Officer

Amin Miramago is a results-driven C-suite executive with over 13 years of international development experience, Amin has led significant public financial management reforms and managed extensive projects funded by institutions like the World Bank, EU, and DFID. His expertise includes governance, capacity development, and strategic planning, with a focus on reform processes and project management.

He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda (ICPAR) and serves as a Technical Advisor on the IFAC PAO Development Advisory Group. Amin also contributes as a board member of PAFA and has experience in lecturing and motivational speaking.
