  • What are the different partnership opportunities available at ACOA 2025?

    ACOA 2025 offers three main partnership categories:

    • Sponsors – Organizations looking for premium visibility and branding opportunities.
    • Exhibitors – Companies showcasing their products and services at the event.
    • Partners – Strategic collaborators supporting the event through expertise, media, or other contributions.
  • Can international companies participate?

    Yes! ACOA 2025 welcomes global sponsors. We provide virtual and in-person options to maximize participation.

  • Is there a deadline to apply as a sponsor?

    Yes, deadlines vary depending on the category. We recommend applying early to secure your spot and maximize visibility. Contact our team for specific dates at acoa.partnership@icparwanda.com 

  • What sponsorship levels are available?

    We offer various sponsorship tiers, including Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze, & Participating, each with tailored benefits. A la carte sponsorship packages are also available.

  • What benefits do sponsors receive?

    Sponsorship benefits vary by category and may include branding on event materials, exhibition booth space, speaking opportunities, VIP access, and media exposure. Sponsors also enjoy logo placement, social media mentions, and other visibility opportunities tailored to their sponsorship tier.

  • Can sponsors get speaking opportunities?

    Yes! Higher-tier sponsors (Platinum, Gold & Silver) will receive opportunities to chair sessions.
