The Africa Congress of Accountants (ACOA) is the premier gathering of accounting and finance professionals across the continent, serving as a platform to shape the future of the accountancy profession in Africa. In 2025, ACOA returns for its 8th edition under the theme, "Creating Value for Africa." The congress will take place from 6th to 9th May 2025, in the vibrant city of Kigali, Rwanda—a hub of innovation and progress. Hosted by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda (ICPAR) in partnership with the Pan African Federation of Accountants (PAFA), this event promises to be a cornerstone for driving positive change and unlocking the continent’s vast potential.
From May 6th to 9th, 2025, professional accountants and key stakeholders in Africa’s accountancy ecosystem will converge in Kigali, Rwanda, for the 8th edition of the Africa Congress of Accountants (ACOA). Hosted at the iconic Kigali Convention Center (KCC), the event will bring together over 2,000 delegates from more than 65 countries. The congress is organized by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda (ICPAR) in partnership with the Pan African Federation of Accountants (PAFA).
ACOA 2025 is dedicated to enhancing collaboration, facilitating knowledge exchange, and promoting professional growth within Africa’s accountancy sector. ACOA 2025 is open to accountants, accounting and finance professionals from various sectors, industry leaders, academics, students and stakeholders in the accountancy ecosystem across the continent and beyond.
The ACOA will be held from 6th – 9th May 2025, at the Kigali Convention Centre in Kigali, Rwanda.
The registration fees for ACOA 2025 are as follows:
Fee for all delegates – USD 700
Fee for accompanying persons – USD 350

We understand that plans can change, and we’ve designed a flexible cancellation policy to accommodate our delegates. If you need to cancel your registration, the following refund structure will apply:
60 Days Before the Event: Receive a 75% refund of your registration fee.
30 Days Before the Event: Receive a 50% refund of your registration fee.
Please note that cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund. To request a cancellation, kindly contact us at acoa@icparwanda.com. All refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
