Patricia Stock is the CEO of SAICA and a visionary entrepreneurial accountant dedicated to transforming people and organizations. As co-founder and former CEO of MGI RAS, a member firm of MGI Worldwide, she brings expertise in talent management, ESG (CESGA® certified), audit (IRBA registered auditor), IFRS (Master’s in International Accounting), quality assurance, and governance. A Chartered Accountant and Chartered Director in South Africa, she has held senior executive and non-executive roles across the private and public sectors, including auditing UN organizations with the Auditor-General of South Africa.

Previously Head of Transformation (DEI) at BDO South Africa, Patricia now serves on the boards of IFAC, PAFA, Thuthuka Education Upliftment Fund, ISFAP, CAW, GAA, and HRDC SA. A certified performance and leadership coach, she lives by the motto "Grow as I grow," reflecting her commitment to empowering individuals and fostering sustainable development in organizations.
