Stevens is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA–Uganda). He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School - Heriot-Watt University. An alumnus of executive programs at The Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania), The Gordon Institute of Business Science (University of Pretoria), and Strathmore Business School, he also holds certifications in sustainability (ESG), leadership, risk management, financial literacy, strategy formulation, and performance management.
Currently the Chief Financial Officer at the National Social Security Fund - Uganda, he is a strategic leader known for driving change, structuring innovative initiatives, and building high-performance teams. He serves on the board of Qcil, listed on the Uganda Securities Exchange. With a strong track record in financial strategy and governance, he continues to contribute to corporate leadership and economic transformation, leveraging his expertise to enhance business performance and long-term sustainability.
